The hotel offers rooms with a lovely view of the opera house, albeit on the compact side for a luxury hotel. The service, excluding some breakfast staff, was exceptional, with thoughtful gestures like stocking the fridge with preferred tea and milk. Overall, a wonderful stay marred only by unexpected service charges revealed during check-out.

I found the hotel to be really nice overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but it would have been great to have more non-dairy options available. Unfortunately, there was no gym, which was a letdown, and the room size could have been a bit bigger.

I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were quite warm even with the air conditioning on, but the suite I upgraded to was absolutely incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful; however, there seemed to be a lack of awareness regarding Parkinson's disease. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the lively west end of London, perfect for a night out. The dining was enjoyable, but the prices were on the higher side for what was offered. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
