Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with its prime location right opposite the Royal Opera House and the high standard of the rooms. While the rooms were a bit compact for a luxury hotel, the exceptional service and amazing experience made up for it.
The hotel is conveniently located next to The Royal Opera House and Covent Garden, offering a comfortable stay with friendly service. The dining experience could be improved, but overall, it's a great value for the price.
The hotel offers rooms with a lovely view of the opera house, albeit on the compact side for a luxury hotel. The service, excluding some breakfast staff, was exceptional, with thoughtful gestures like stocking the fridge with preferred tea and milk. The location is unbeatable, right next to The Royal Opera House and Covent Garden, ideal for a night out. The dining experience was delightful, especially the breakfast in the NoMad restaurant. Overall, a wonderful stay marred only by unexpected service charges revealed during check-out.
I found the hotel to be really nice overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but it would have been great to have more non-dairy options available. Unfortunately, there was no gym, which was a letdown, and the room size could have been a bit bigger.
I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were quite warm even with the air conditioning on, but the suite I upgraded to was absolutely incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful; however, there seemed to be a lack of awareness regarding Parkinson's disease. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the lively west end of London, perfect for a night out. The dining was enjoyable, but the prices were on the higher side for what was offered. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel was quite comfortable with a great interior design, though the rooms were a bit compact for a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, there was no gym due to a lack of awareness regarding Parkinson's disease. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist. The location was excellent, right next to The Royal Opera House and Covent Garden, ideal for those looking to explore London to the fullest. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the view from the sky garden at the opera house, but it was a bit pricey. Overall, a lovely stay with a few drawbacks.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, but the noise from a party affected the luxury feel. The service was a mix of friendly professionalism and rude behavior. Its excellent location near The Royal Opera House and Covent Garden is a major plus, although dining options were tasty but overpriced. The hotel's facilities provide a mix of delights and misses.
